  • Initial consultation and Nutrition plan

    Initial consultation, coaching and goal setting session. Performance and event planning nutrition.

This includes clinical nutrition advice, empowered eating, performance advice and health coaching with a nutrition plan specific to you to help you improve your health, wellness, wellbeing and performance goals. X1 15min follow up within the month followed with any adjustments needed to your plan. Although you will get plenty of advice with this information the coaching with the plans below dive much deeper into coaching you to improving your health and wellbeing if you need it. - $220


  • Health and wellbeing plan

Initial consultation, coaching and goal setting session. Performance and event planning nutrition.

This includes clinical nutrition advice, empowered eating, performance advice and health coaching with a nutrition plan specific to you to help you improve your health, wellness, wellbeing and performance goals.

X2 30min coaching session – These coaching sessions are to guide you to continuing to improve your health and to find the areas in your lifestyle that lead you towards achieving your health goals. This includes any nutrition tips to add to your plan.

X1 15min Check in coaching session a fortnight later- 15min check ins can be all it takes to have you focused on the little extra areas of your health to continue you on your wellness journey.

Weekly email check in for advice and support

This plan is over 6 weeks - $320 or $54 per week for 6 weeks


  • Dive deeper health and wellbeing plan

Initial consultation, coaching and goal setting session. Performance and event planning nutrition.

This includes clinical nutrition advice empowered eating, performance advice and health coaching with a nutrition plan specific to you to help you improve your health, wellness, wellbeing and performance goals.

X4 30min coaching session – These coaching sessions are to guide you to continuing to improve your health, they are sessions that we can focus in on continuing to get your body feeling at its best. This includes any nutrition tips to add to your plan.

X2 15min fortnightly Check in coaching sessions- 15min check ins can be all it takes to have you focused on the little extra areas of your health to continue you on your wellness journey.

Weekly email check in for advice and support.

This plan is over 10 weeks - $420 or $42 per week for 10 weeks
